Second trailer released for Across the Spider-Verse

The highly anticipated new trailer for “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” reveals the next chapter in Miles Morales’ (Shameik Moore) journey as Spider-Man. This time, Miles is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People determined to protect its existence. However, the heroes face a disagreement on handling the dangerous new threat, the Inheritors, a race of psychic vampires with a vendetta against all versions of Spider-Man.

Drawing inspiration from the 2018 comic “Spider-Geddon,” the film showcases a Spider war, dividing the heroes on whether or not to kill the Inheritors. With Miles leading the “no kill” side, the story introduces fresh characters like Spider-Punk (Daniel Kaluuya) and Spider-Woman (Issa Rae). Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, and featuring a star-studded cast, the trailer promises a visually stunning and action-packed adventure as Miles redefines what it means to be a hero to save the ones he loves the most. With the excitement surrounding this release, it’s no surprise that another film is already in development.
